🔁 Returns & Refunds — NextStep

At NextStep, we are committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction.
If a return is nevertheless necessary, we have implemented a clear, transparent policy in compliance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code.

⏱️ Legal Withdrawal Period — 14 Days

In accordance with the law, the customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

📩 Any return request must imperatively be made before the expiration of this period, by email to our customer service.

📦 Conditions for an Accepted Return

To ensure quality and fairness for all our customers, returned items must strictly:

✔️ be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused
✔️ be returned complete
✔️ include all original tags and protective elements
✔️ be sent back in their original packaging, in perfect condition

❌ Any item that is incomplete, used, damaged, or does not meet these conditions will be refused, with no possibility of a refund.

📝 Return Procedure (Mandatory)

Before any return, prior written approval from our customer service is required.

Any item returned without authorization or outside the required procedure may be refused or sent back to the sender at their expense.

💸 Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including when exercising the right of withdrawal
Exception: an error on our part or a defective product

ℹ️ Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, in accordance with applicable regulations.

💳 Refund

The refund is issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

⏳ It will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the validation of the return, using the same payment method used for the order.

⚠️ If the returned product is non-compliant, no refund will be granted.

🚫 Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
• personalized or made-to-order items,
• unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons,
• products damaged after receipt.

🔒 Liability & Transport

NextStep cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during the return shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to choose a shipping method with tracking.
